Not Pam. Her husband Bobby here.
I would like to commend several of the staff at this Ray Rd Home Depot store #0476 for their courtesy, kindness, honesty and integrity. Last Monday I was in the garden area looking for some deodorized manure amendments for my garden. I did not find what I was looking for, so I went to another Home Depot store. They did not have it either, so I settled for regular manure. When I went to pay for it, I realized that I no longer had the $100 Home Depot gift card that I had intended to use. After looking all around the garden area of that store to no avail, I just paid with cash. Then I went back to the Ray Road Home Depot on the off chance that I might have lost the gift card there. Matt at the cashier stand in the garden area remembered me from earlier in the day and said that another garden area associate named Ray had found the card and that it should be at the customer service counter. Nobody at the customer service counter could find the card, and Ray had already left for the day after finishing his shift. I went back the next day (Tuesday) and spoke to a very nice lady at the customer service desk who said her name was Miss Jordan. Miss Jordan got ahold of the store manager who she called Liz. I believe her name is probably Elizabeth, but I am not sure about that. Anyway, Liz did find the gift card in the back office safe storage area and returned it to me. I never met Ray (who found the card and turned it into management) but I have the highest regards for him and his honesty. Additionally, I cannot say enough about how kind, caring and cordial Matt, Liz and Miss Jordan were to me during this initially very worrisome experience. Great people.
