Read MoreI wanted to leave a stellar review for Nathaniel (from garden). I went to this location for floor and bathroom tiles, and the "designer" who manages this area was busy with so many customers. There were a couple employees who saw me and just kept walking and didn't offer any help. I went into the next aisle and found a nice employee and she said flooring is not her area but she can try to find me help. At the end of her aisle, Nathaniel and 2 other employees were standing there, but Nathaniel was the only one with enough awareness to see what was going on around him. He asked "Can I help with anything?" Even though flooring and tiles wasn't his area, he still walked me over to help answer my questions. He was SUPER informative, took me to different parts of the store to show me relevant items, he was trying to do cost calculations for me, he was recommending comparable locations that might have exactly what I'm looking for, and he was SO nice to speak with. He's also really funny and a relatable guy. I've gone to so many home stores and Nathaniel is a rockstar. The kind of service he provided, I haven't received anywhere else (not even in the luxury stores I've gone to). I really hope his management team gives him recognition for his great work. I will be coming back to this store just because of him!
