I don’t normally complain about customer service at this location it’s usually one of my favorite stores however tonight was a completely different experience. I don’t know if it was because it was 7:00 at night and they had their B team on staff but after asking 3 different people where am item was all we received was a point in the direction and they moved on. Not one person offered to help us, I guess we were asking too much to have them walk to the isle and show us. Once we finally found what we needed we headed to the salt for water softeners. They keep all the salt near the exit doors and as we were walking to the salt we were stopped with a hateful “can I help you find something” I said we need to grab 4 bags of salt, are we not allowed to take the basket? No, you’re not allowed to cross this yellow line! By this time I’m thoroughly frustrated by the lack of help I told the young man if you’re not willing to allow people to load their cart then you need to move the salt! His reply and confused look on his face was well I suppose if I’m standing here watching you, you can take your cart over there “ We loaded our salt and went through the self checkout because it was the closest and he stood right next to us making sure we scanned every item! We are an older couple, looking at us you can tell we are not capable of grabbing a 40 pound bag of salt and run out the door with it. Do better people, it doesn’t cost you anything to be nice, as a matter of fact you are getting paid for it, it’s part of your job in the customer service industry.
