I recently visited Tech Support Inc. for a back glass replacement, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The man who assisted me was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, I encountered a significant issue with the service. I paid $175 for the back glass replacement, which initially seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after the repair, I took my phone to Apple for a battery replacement, and they pointed out that there were problems with the replacement. According to Apple, the repair had not been done correctly, and it had caused further damage to my phone. As a result, I had to get the replacement done again at Apple, which cost me an additional $500. This was quite frustrating, as I am not the most fortunate financially, and I had hoped to save money by using this third-party service.
While the man working there was extremely kind, the quality of the repair work left much to be desired.
