This past Saturday, I called this Metro PCS with some questions regarding purchasing a new phone. The yYoung man on the other end of the phone was rude and abrasive, brusque and genuinely not helpful. He found my questions annoying, I could tell by the sighs, and then he hung up on me when I said that not being able to answer a simple question like will my plan rate change if I bought a new phone was poor customer service. He said he wouldn’t know until after I bought the phone and he tried to input it. It’s too bad because I spent $900 at the Metro PCS at the Brass Mill Center instead.
