I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with the service at your Tallahassee CDJR dealership regarding my 2022 Dodge Charger Scatpack Widebody. On 9/9/2024, I brought my vehicle in due to an oil leak I discovered under the car. Upon arrival, I was assisted by Will, who took the car in for inspection. He later informed me that the leak was due to spilled oil left on the undercarriage by a technician during a recent oil change at your dealership. I was led to believe the issue was resolved. While at the dealership, I also spoke to Joedy about scheduling an appointment to address corrosion on the hood of my car. Joedy assured me he would schedule the repair and contact me with the details. However, on 9/18/2024, I discovered another oil puddle under my car in the garage, leading me to bring the vehicle back to the dealership for the same issue. This time, after what I can only assume was a more thorough inspection, I was informed that the oil cooler was leaking and that a new part would be ordered, with an expected arrival the next business day. As of today, 9/23/2024, I have received no updates about whether the oil cooler part has arrived or if my corrosion repair appointment has been scheduled. I have made multiple attempts to contact both the service manager and my service advisor Joedy, but my voicemails have gone unanswered. This situation is unacceptable. Not only have I been dealing with oil stains in my garage, but I have also had to miss work due to an issue that should have been properly addressed on my first visit. The lack of communication and service follow-through has made this experience even more frustrating. I need answers immediately.
