Don’t come here unless you want expired drinks and terrible food and service up front! First coming in today 12/31/24 the lady out front had an attitude right off the bat. Because I told her I needed assistance by the gloves. Due to them being locked up. So I tell her which one I wanted which it was under the price tag 5.99 but ended up getting charged 17.99 for them. The store needs to do better at making sure their employees are putting up items in the correct location. Second issue I had was with the lady up front checking me out not only did she have an attitude but she wouldn’t even let me type in my phone number to see if I had any points that I could use towards my purchase. She just completely skipped the screen. Then when I asked if she could go back so I can Type in my number she started arguing with me telling me there was no point and that it wouldn't do anything for me. That I needed to go to the kiosk to use my points. It was so obvious that she didn’t want to be there. Like if you hate your job so much please find a new one so you won’t go messing up others peoples day! Third issue I had was the drinks being out of date I just So happen to open one and drink it and looked down and saw it was out of date. I’m not sure if it’s a vendor issue or a store issue but either way any type of food and drinks need to be getting rotated properly for people’s health and safety!!! Then the last issue I had was their breakfast sandwiches sitting in the warmer. It was somehow hard and mushy at the same time! As if it had been there for a few days the meat on the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was so nasty I wouldn’t feed it to a dog! I have had them before at well kept stores and it was never like that! They gotta do better in this store period! And treat the drivers better we didn’t ask you to take these jobs and we spend our hard earned money and are constantly up charges in these stores then add terrible service and bad food on top is crazy work! I don't recommend coming here at all save your time and just go to the Love’s down the road!
