I went in to get my LG-90 phone working again after it quit working due to a software security patch android update. I couldn't call, text or access the web. Jason was awesome. He fixed everything. He replaced my old SIM card with a newer one and made Google Chrome my web browser because the T-Mobile web browser was creating my web issues. He was fast, friendly and efficient. Plus while fixing my phone he explained how I could get a new phone free, because I always pay early- mine is 4 years old and slower now- and get truly unlimited text, calls and 4G data for one inclusive price. This price is only $15 more than I pay now, and the phone is a new true 4G LG-K7. I didn't commit to the phone yet, because I don't impulse decide. But thinking about it, I'll most likely upgrade- since it's free and an awesome phone. I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store. My phone works great again and plus I'll probably go back and the the LG-K7 for free in a month. Thanks Jason for being awesome.
