Read MoreI had such a great experience working with Jazmin at the T-Mobile store in San Pedro. She helped my mom and me set up new accounts, and I can’t get over her level of professionalism. We ran into some unexpected challenges with Verizon releasing our numbers, and Jazmin stayed patient, kind, and incredibly helpful through the entire process even though it took over three hours.
She made what could have been a frustrating day feel smooth and manageable. I really appreciated her calm demeanor, clear communication, and the way she treated us with so much care and respect.
