I had an absolutely dreadful experience at T-Mobile today. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years, but after dealing with Chancellor and John, I will never set foot in that store again. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. Chancellor insisted that I wait for the iPhone 16 to come out in order to save $100, even though my current phone was broken and not working. He kept throwing around internal acronyms that meant nothing to me, and when I asked to speak to the manager, I was brushed off and told to contact customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.
I promptly walked out and went to AT&T, where I was greeted warmly and given excellent customer service. I ended up purchasing iPads for my business and opening 6 new business lines, in addition to getting a new iPhone 15 pro max. T-Mobile lost a valuable customer today, and I urge them to hire staff who can actually take care of their customers. Goodbye T-Mobile, hello AT&T. Don't waste your time with this store.
