Short review: A great experience. If you go this this T-Mobile location, ask for Bryon. Bryon got me in and out in 15-mins. I came back to T-Mobile and have no regrets.
Long review: I've used many major mobile carriers and many MVNOs: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Virgin Mobile (Sprint MVNO), Tello (Sprint MVNO), Mint Mobile (T-Mobile MVNO). By far, for me, living just outside a medium city T-Mobile (or T-Mobile MVNO) is the best option. They have great coverage, allows you to make calls over WiFi, allows call forwarding for Google Voice (voicemail) integration, HotSpot - and have never had a bad experience at any T-Mobile corporate store. And now they have a $25 prepaid plan that includes unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 5GB capped 4G data - this plan beats most low cost MVNO plans. 5-stars across the board. I am not jumping to another company again!
