After being miss quoted online and receiving a bill for twice, what I was quoted for, I came into the store, giving all my equipment back and canceling my account. James and Lou are the only reason that I am still a customer with T-Mobile. James worked for an hour and a half trying to resolve this huge mess.. I was so disgusted with T-Mobile prior to walking into the store and I walked out a customer thanks to them. Awesome patience by James dealing with multiple customer service agents on the phone. And he was very good at reassuring me multiple times as I was tempted to walk out of the store. These guys were great and I would recommend them to anybody! I will never trust trying to do anything with T-Mobile online again but the store I will return to again and again!! Thanks again, James.
