Dear blonde manager. Managing can take a lot, but the one part that’s the easiest is taking care of customers. We are pretty easy as I have experienced throughout my management career. I like to be heard, treated with kindness, respect, and for the issue to be addressed. I came in with an issue today I was double charged for an item, when you were asked to help assist, I got an icky look from you , like I was putting you out. But as a manager, let’s remember who was really put out , me! I was charged for an item that I did not buy, and I had to come all the way back which was a 25 minute drive, had to stand in line, explain what took place, and to top it off I had the pleasure of experiencing your poor customer, service, the snotty look you gave me and lack of compassion for a mistake done by an employee. Again as managers were in charge. We set the example. Today you set a very poor example. I’m still trying to get the bad taste out of my mouth. I chose to write this today because this is not my first bad interaction with you. I love to decorate. Therefore, I visit your store quite often some times I run into you. Just never sure who I’m gonna get. Next time maybe just maybe you can treat your customers with a smile and a welcoming tone. This is apart of the job.
