I went to see if I can return a shirt that I purchased a week ago because it had a stain on it that I was originally hoping to get rid of in a wash when I bought it but it won’t come off. The manager told me they can’t do a return which was understandable, especially since I didn’t have the tag anymore. I went to the store with that shirt, grabbed a couple of things and came back to the register to buy them. I was at the window right next to the manager and was telling the lady at the window that I had the shirt with me because I was trying to return it earlier. Was just trying to explain why I wasn’t paying for it. The manager interrupted me twice in the middle of a sentence implying that I’m trying to cheat and ask for a return again with a different employer because she already told me that they can not do that. I understand it was a misunderstanding but I think this store could use a little more kindness. There were a lot of different ways to address this and this one was not very nice, respectful or professional. The attitude of the manager is sadly just terrible and I noticed that not just today but during my previous visits to the store as well
