Read MoreThis stores manager and district manager gets played by the same customer and her mom apparently for the last decade. The wife and I went there during the moving sale on Monday, May 7th. There was a crazy white lady (all the employees know who she is) with her mom and 5 shopping carts filled with purses, clothes and accessories. The crazy lady made the biggest scene ever about how everything was suppose to be 50% off that weekend. All prices were clearly marked and racks indicated if they were discounted or not. Crazy lady went off on employees demanding they call the manager or district manager. Her logic was that more than one employee told her everything was going to be 50% off the lowest marked price. The employee handed her the store phone and while we were in line, paying the marked prices like everyone else, was going off on the district manager. Everything from she canceled a meeting, she has witnesses to the employees telling her about the discount, to I have been shopping here for over 10 years, etc. I pointed out to the wife what she was trying to do and get away with. 5 shopping carts filled with all designer merchandise. This crazy lady obviously resale’s everything she demands a discount on and threatens employees and managers if she doesn’t get her way. She got her way and all other customers listening to this pathetic woman plea for discounts and threaten the district manager as she screams on the stores phone, all had to pay marked prices. The wife had gone back another day and spoke to the employee who had helped the crazy lady and she told my wife they had been dealing with this crazy lady for as long as she claimed. Apparently this is her usual behavior and that she always gets away with it. When everyone knows your getting played and you bow down to the same psycho woman every time, maybe time for a new manager and district manager. The employees are trying to do their best but when you allow customers like this to play you, you have lost all respect from your employees as well as every customer who plays fair while shopping at your stores. You have lost our family as customers and probably everyone else who was in the store who got to witness and listen to this complete B.S. behavior. Next time you agree to make ridiculous exceptions for a known thief, please tell the employee to go ahead and announce on the loud speaker that all customers will be treated equally and receive the same discounts. This will be going to corporate as well. Thanks for reading.
