Thrift stores okay other than the incident I had to go through. Below I have a perfect example of what intact perfect eyeshadow palette looks like. I wanted to buy the matching faced palette that goes with it. I asked him if I can get a discount because two out of six of the little pans of pigment were broken. The two highlights were broken which I could fix with rubbing alcohol but I didn't tell them that. The four blush was intact. The mirror had a tiny crack in it but it was like almost unnoticeable. Ask them if I can get a discount and they said sure but they have to cut the Mirror part off. I said is that store policy or is that company policy and they said store policy. I said I asked that because I've been to another TJ Maxx store and I had that incident like that and then let me take the whole product for 25% off. Same with your parent company marshalls. Anyways the company owns Marshalls TJ Maxx HomeGoods and I think another one but I can't remember it's on my mom's because she got for the company. Anyways I told him if you cut that part off you're taking away the picture I don't care about the mirror but you're taking away the picture which is the Nostalgia part. I said at that point it's a basic palette and I might as well go anywhere to buy a pallet that has blush and highlighter. Then I said and by the way you're leaving it exposed at that point there's no little plastic sheet covering them to keep them protected so and now it's exposed in the air and that's not great. They said well it's store policy we have to cut it off. Anyways below is a perfect example that shows there's no picture of Care Bears on the bottom of the eye shadow palette under the pans of pigment. The Care Bears are next to the mirror and on top on the front of the cover of the pallet so if they cut that broken mirror off on the face palette with the blush and highlighter then all the Care Bears will be gone. What's the point at that point of buying it especially for 25% off. Now I would have taken it if they gave me 50% or even 75% off because 75% of the pallet is now damaged since the mirror would be gone the picture of Care Bears would be gone and two out of the six months are damaged. They said no 25% off only. Because of this I said no sale and I was angry. Also I wouldn't be surprised if it was the two 11 or 12 year old looking girls who are in the makeup section that I saw dropping things that were there before me. Wouldn't be surprised if they were the one that dropped that stuck up on the shelf and walked away as I showed up. Cuz as I was going towards section they had dropped a few things. I think some girls shouldn't be unattended in the makeup section if they don't know how to handle things properly. Also this particular store is known for having a lot of damage packaging and broken products. Also their makeup section is messy and unorganized for the most part the rest of the stores fine except for this part which is a hot mess. See below the example of how cutting off the pictures of Care Bears and the mirror would make the pallet kind of useless. The eyeshadow palette below is an example. It's all I could walk away with because I didn't get the matching faced palette that had highlighter and blush. This is why I only give them three stars and their customer service kind of sucks.

Every time I go there it's well stocked employees are kind and it's very clean. Not a lot of apparel for men but regardless for the children it's pretty good

Today 4/29/2024 . Dirtiest restroom I’ve ever seen. Urine was everywhere on the floor. Very bad stench throughout entire restroom.

This was just all around disappointment maybe for their local community it was enough but this location has hardly anything for clothes or seasonal again with these name places could do better at least the staff were incredibly nice and helpful.
