Read Moreowner has no dignity and is a scam. i had my card fraudulently used here on sept 14. my wife called and owner seemed to understand but unfortunately couldn’t give us footage. my wife was very kind and patient to them. she gave them the last 4 of our stolen card number and her phone number. everything’s seems fine til the bank calls and says “we called the merchant of the store and they said they don’t believe their was fraudulent charges, therefore you have a chargeback for $65.70 and your fraudulent claim was denied.” that means owner or employee does not ID people in the first place since the guy successfully purchased smoke items from them. if they did they would see the name doesn’t match card. i have an uncommon spelled first name, middle initial, and two last names on my card. they even looked at the footage and described what the man was wearing to her. wife went through talking to them and keeping up with new info and made it seem like they understand that this guy used my card fraudulently. just for my bank to call me back and say the store doesn’t believe it was fraudulent. when my wife said i can go down their with her and her father (to prove who we are since they’ve seen the footage of the man themselves) employee started getting upset and tell my wife to “not to cause argument or problems… it’s not necessary.” the audacity to work for a store that doesn’t ID, lies and says they are on the same page just to pull this scam and be offended we wanna make our way over there to get proof owner admitted to believing charges were fraudulent like he said on the phone to us but tell my bank differently. my wife was nothing but kind until this point. employee never knows when manager will be there, can’t bother to make a call to his manager to ask when he will be there. i’ll be happy to report that they don’t ID. see what happens from here. these are hard times, $65.70 was supposed to go for gas towards my job at amazon flex now i have to miss out on my next two shifts losing even more money on top of it all cause amazon pays 75-95 per shift. they are messing with my money.
