I took my 88 year old aunt for a color and cut, which I scheduled ahead of time. We still had to wait a while. We brought the box of the color she’s been using at home, a medium blonde. Shahin was the stylist and acknowledged the blonde but colored her head a dark brown -not even close to the color we asked for. It looks terrible because my aunts hair is very thin and the brown hair is so much darker than her scalp now. Also, we heard the other stylist in the shop helping Shahin because apparently she doesn’t know how to do color. I don’t understand why we were scheduled with her for a color if she doesn’t know how. The cut looked ridiculous. It was a brown, bowl cut, curled under on all sides. I felt so bad for my aunt who is a bit feeble, doesn’t see well and didn’t complain. Lastly, we were charged $23 for the cut, $70 for color and another $35 to “style” it which took all of 3 minutes ( her hair is VERY fine and thin) and which we did not schedule. I didn’t want to embarrass my aunt so paid the bill, left an ok tip and left. $143 for a terrible experience and absolutely awful results at Supercuts. I should have known. Don’t go here.
