I am writing this review from the perspective of a consignor.
As a new consignor, I found this business difficult to work with. My first visit was confusing and unwelcoming—I received more guidance from a fellow consignor than from the staff. The process of signing up for an account, checking in on a sign-in sheet, and printing bin tags from a computer was not explained upfront. Without prior knowledge or clear instructions, new consignors are left to figure it out on their own. That said, I did manage to submit the items I brought for sale, and the associate I interacted with was polite and courteous.
My second visit was equally frustrating. I arrived at 6:05 PM, unaware that they stop accepting items at 6 PM, even though the store remains open until 7 PM. Despite being just five minutes late, I was turned away. While the associate was polite, it was still discouraging as a new consignor trying to navigate their rules and was shown no leniency.
Determined to try again, I returned the next day well before 5 PM, only to learn from someone in line that they had already stopped accepting items. When I called the store for clarification, I was transferred twice, and no one could answer my question or connect me with someone at the receiving desk.
The lack of clear communication, inconsistent policies, and unhelpful staff make doing business here a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I’ve decided not to consign here anymore. While I can’t comment on the shopping experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone looking to consign items.
