Texted Sabreena (contact details on her website) the night before we were due in Atascadero. She was extremely flexible and easy to work with to get a time set up to meet at her shop the next day.
This was my first fancy and expensive hat. Sabreena helped me try on different options and discussed the different styles and adjustments she could make. Sabreena was very patient while I tried on hats of different styles and materials. Ended up “first hat best hat”, bought the first one I tried on.
Sabreena worked to customize the hat to perfectly fit my head and explained hat care to me.
