Read MoreThis was probably the best car buying experience I've had in over 40 years of buying cars at dealerships! Everything, from start to finish, was outstanding! My initial phone call, inquiring about a car I saw on their website, was on a Friday, and I spoke to Jake. He was extremely friendly, informative and started to process of getting pre-approved. He truly was an All-Star! I called the dealership the following day to confirm I was approved, and found out Jake was off that day. So, I thought "Oh great. Now I'm going to have to deal with someone else, who I'm sure won't be as friendly and helpful as Jake". Boy, was I wrong!! My first contact on Saturday was with Efren Martinez, who was amazing!! Another All-Star!! Efren was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to work with his wholesaler and Toyota Credit to put together the best possible deal, for both of us. I drove to the dealership Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Bob Pearson, another All-Star!! Bob was so welcoming, knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, never put any pressure on me to decide anything, and was the total professional. I was there for 2-3 hours and was able to put a deal together with Efren and Bob, left there in a fabulous pre-owned car, after having the perfect car dealership experience, from start to finish! I will definitely tell my friends and work colleagues about this dealership, and these individuals, and will personally go back there for any future car needs. These three individuals truly wanted me to have a good dealership experience, and not just sell me a car! This is a Hall of Fame dealership!!
