Having been a dedicated Sprouts customer for over a decade, visiting both the Upland and North Fontana locations, I've always appreciated their range of organic offerings and especially their diverse sandwich selection.
I feel compelled to share a recent experience that left a lasting impression on me. After a long 12-hour shift, I arrived at the Sprouts deli around 8:40 pm, hoping to grab a sandwich, only to be informed by a staff member that the kitchen had closed at 8:30 pm. Despite clear signage and online information indicating closing time at 9 pm, I was disappointed to find myself unable to place an order. The situation seemed disorganized, with condiments still out and no clear communication about closure.
Seeking resolution, I reached out to the store and had the pleasure of speaking with Juan, the manager. I expressed my concerns regarding the service discrepancy and its departure from Sprouts' typical standard of customer care. Juan attentively listened and personally invited me back to the store to ensure I received the sandwich I had initially come for.
Upon my return, Juan not only crafted one of the best Sprouts sandwiches I've had but also engaged with me in a warm and personable manner. His leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. I commend Juan for upholding the integrity of Sprouts' service standards, as he rightly emphasized that if the deli states it closes at 9 pm, that commitment should be honored.
