I was surprised at how many options they had. Iv been to a few spirit locations where everything was picked over 3 weeks before Halloween. My one gripe is they only had 1 check out guy which made the line pretty slow. Would recommend

Awesome staff!! My son and I went there a month ago and my son was terrified at first but the staff made it as fun and comfortable for him that he totally forgot about the monsters and focused on picking his costume for Halloween lol.

Worst costumer service I've ever seen. I was waiting in line outside the store, asking the woman at the door a question she answered rudely and shut the door on my face.
