I bought a 2013 Dodge Caravan from here and I could not be more pleased with the process. The owner went above and beyond to demonstrate he was trustworthy. I would recommend Son and H to others without reservation. They have great deals and benefits for purchasing through them. The owner is laid back and willingly to work with you. My wife and I moved here and needed a newer vehicle and they were very accommodating. The appearance may seem like a small car lot that would rip you off but I found that the owners to operate with integrity. Do not let appearance lead you astray.

I was quite bamboozled. He was so sweet.. he offered a nice warranty. there were minor issues with the car and he promised when it got warm he’d repair them. Well come warmer weather he gets really upset saying WHAT DID YOU DO TO THIS CAR? I’d only had it 6 months the worst I did with it was drive it. He went around saying all the stuff i had done to do it when I informed him that was like that when I bought it (not like he should care ) he argued with me saying I was trashing his car. The mechanic even came over and tried to tell him. Not to mention he agreed to help me sell a car after fixing it and long story short the small original problems are fixed but now other parts were broken off of the car while they had it. I could never get ahold of him, just really disappointed. I really wanted a place I could come back to.

Owner was initially very nice but when approached with problems became defensive. Will never do business with this company again. Be aware!!! So sad this company sells kids dangerous vehicles...it was my sons first car

Beware of the smiling crocodile...he seemed very friendly and eager to assist. However, when the part he installed was a bad part (transmission) he kept the warranty refund instead of it being returned to me, while I had to pay for a second transmission from my own pocket. Then he has been unavailable and unresponsive. Refund was issued Oct 6, I have not been able to contact them since. This is outright theft!!!
