This place doesn’t understand what customer service, send them back to get some training on this, specially the manager Mary!
I went in to pick up my order of 5 bras which I made online. After I received the verification, that I can pick up the bras, I called the store to clarify until when date is the actual last time I can pick them up. Who ever answered the phone couldn’t even answer it and she kept on asking the store manager, Mary, of what to do which I could clearly hear on the phone of her unprofessional behavior. She couldn’t answer so I went in the store this afternoon to pick em up.
After arriving and giving the information of the pick up order to Patty which seemed like she doesn’t want to help stated I’m not allowed to try the bras on. She started no one has ever asked this, to try them on, are you serious! If something doesn’t fit I should take it home and come back and return it. I can hear the sore manager, Mary stating, “oh the people meaning have something to return all the time. Wow this is customer service from a manger, no wonder barely anyone shops at this store. After finally being allowed to try the bras on they I placed an order for by the way, which didn’t fit wanted to return them.
Quite interesting I’m not allowed to return the bras now because I have to wait for the system that has been down and no one is interested to call customer to get it resolved. Oh I’m told to wait and just walk around the mall, which I clearly refused because I don’t planning spending my whole day for a measly $174 refund!!! Once again I can hear the store manager talking about me to other associates and now using racist and derogatory comments. At this point I have stare I want my money back and enough is enough, which another associate is trying to help me find new bras. Only way I can get my money to pick 6 more bras, when I clearly want my money back after being degraded enough and waiting for an hour in the store.
This has too be the worst experience of customer ever. Finally the associate that was helping me find bras, calls the customer service hotline after one hour so the refund can be processed. But get this I can get store credit which I don’t want because I won’t be shopping some Soma ever again. After all this I get the call from the. Jerome’s service that it will take 5 business to get my money.
This place lacks professional, customer service, and the toxic environment that they all share is show casing in how they handle customers. I won’t be suprised if they go out of business due to the lack of customer service!!!!!
I won’t recommend shopping here as they think the measurements they have measured is correct. Then they have the audacity of saying oh I don’t know what fits right for my body, right, and this is customer service that I’m supposed to accept?!?
