Read MoreI called and asked if a stylist was available to cut my hair. Yes it was same day, Tonya, stylist and lady who took my call, said she could do it and that I could come in. I then asked what time worked best for her. She said for me to come at 12:30pm. I ran around and made sure to be there at 12:30pm only to find out she wasn't even there but rather had slipped out to grab lunch. I thought no big deal. Twenty minutes later she comes back and started doing another ladies hair. I asked, trying to be polite, " are you still available"?. She said "yeah" . Never apologized for the inconvenience or even perhaps suggesting that I come back at a later time, that would have worked. At any rate I waited for a half hour and then I left. This was a total waste of my time. I would hope the lack of professionalism from this particular stylist is not reflective of the entire management team. Nonetheless I will not be back.
