My experience purchasing a bike here couldn't have been any better. I flew in from South Dakota and picked up a street glide and rode it home. From my initial call with David he was extremely polite and professional. He was willing to negotiate on the price a little and gave me a fair deal. The day I flew in, David's dad Barry picked me up from the airport. Barry is a genuine guy and we had a good talk on the way to sierra cycles. Once I walked in to their shop I dealt with Steve to do paperwork. Steve was also awesome to deal with and very professional. Also Jeff, the service manager who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate on Harleys WANTED to give me a walkaround of the bike. He answered every question I had. Jeff has to be one of nicest guys ever. But what stood out the most was how I was treated AFTER the sale. David, Steve, Jeff, and Jason all insisted I keep them updated on my ride home and to let them know if I had any issues. I did end up having an issue the first day and even though it was after hours Steve took care of me and assured me that if it's not safe to ride to call for a tow truck and they would cover the bill, and that they would set something up for the bike to get looked at early in the morning. The issue ended up being the clutch got too hot due to the extreme heat that day and the clutch was back to normal a couple hours later and had no issues the rest of the trip home. Steve insisted that if I want to, to take it in to a shop and get looked at, and that they would cover the bill. I didn't end up taking it to get looked at but it was nice they were willing to do that. The last thing that stood out to me was how the employees and owners treated each other. I witnessed David and Steve treating their employees with extreme respect and professionalism, it's not common to see that level of respect. You could tell the employees liked working there, and that was cool to see. I wish Sierra cycles was local to me, they 100% earned my respect and business. I would not hesitate to buy another bike from here.
