I am no longer a fan of this Honda service center. It has really gone down over the years. I used to get my vehicle serviced at Honda years ago, back in the Jerry Damson days, however, I noticed the service kept getting longer and longer. I remember sitting there for 1hr 45m for an oil change at one point, and decided it was time to move on. However, recently I started having issues with my vehicle electrical system and I decided I needed to get it checked out. Dropped off my vehicle on one early Thursday morning and was told that they would not be able to look at it until Friday. They said that some of their staff was out sick, understandable, however, they never looked at it on Friday, and never called either. I called and found out that couldn’t look at it till Monday. Well, that is fine, however, call and let me know, I needed my vehicle for the weekend, and I could bring it back Monday. Same thing Monday. If I didn’t call Monday, I doubt they would have even looked at it. Second, I was charged for the diagnostic $176, which I was never made aware of until I came to pick up my vehicle. The service advisor George Terry specifically told me when I brought my vehicle in, that if I ended up having repairs covered under my warranty that I would simply pay a deductible, but never was I told that I would pay a diagnostic fee. That said, and the other issues I mentioned before with just service, I am done with this place.
