My experiences are always pretty bad. Between just having no help, lack of common sense, and a variety of nasty attitudes to choose from, I have always hated this Shoprite. It's really a shame that in order to have a civilized shopping experience you have to go at one or two in the morning. Just yesterday, I see a girl with a name badge on (clearly she works here). All I wanted was to quickly ask a question and move on. Immediately following my, "Excuse me, can I ask you a question," she replies, "I'm on break." Sweetheart, personally I wouldn't care if you clocked out of you $9.25/hr schedule, I am asking you a question. The VERY LEAST that you could have done was to answer my question or even passed me off to someone who was on the clock, simple minded tool.Following after, I needed two rolls of quarters. Instead of just charging me the $20 along with my order, the cashier decides that it was just too much for her to comprehend and forced me to take money out and make a separate trip just for the quarters. Seriously, what is so hard about setting a set of rules, keeping a game plan with organization and providing people with customer service.Just remember, the business needs you and you need the business. You provide people with good customer service and supplies, they're happiness continues to bring you their money. If they are unsatisfied, then so will you when you look at your paycheck when the business has to start cutting hours from a buyout which will eventually lead to termination and you dealing with the struggle thereafter.
