When we are waiting , we found there is a person is before us, her apportionment is 1:15pm
She went in to her apportionment at 1:30pm, and finished by 2:00pm.
It’s our turn, we walked in and the person who said our last name wrong. from Rosas to Rojas… he asked for application. We turn in the application. He looked at the application to said. Sorry that should not printed dub side. Should be one side per page, I don’t think they will take it. ( Even the paperwork that we provided is incorrect, but the time to get in late that changes everything, if we are able to get in at 1:30pm. We still have chance to provide correct paper work in the right form, or do something about it )
We asked if he can help us if we can application copy from 2 sided to one side. He can’t help. He said that they won’t take copy. ( But they do, travel .us .gov they provided the form that you can type and print out, so what is the different of the copy ? )since he still have to review everything and write down both patents information on the form…
He asked if we can reschedule… there are 5 people in this case take their time off for just nothing.
And then he said he can’t take us back ,because it’s already 2pm, and he still have 5 people behind us… ?? Who are they ?? my apportionment is from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. we are the last apportionment that he had. There is no way he could help at all. I mean

He said how about corona office? they take Saturday. NO way, I checked online after I went home. He just keep pushing us away, what is the point of my time ? I don’t like to take out my kids out of school early, and I did that just for this. NOTHING.

This is just too sad.
You really want to have better set up for your services that you want to provide. or you maybe should just cancel this services. you wasted my time! 5 people’s life time.
I found out there are many other post office -I was there , I visit 2 more of them -who provide passport services, they also provided application form and they make copies for you.
So what you did , is really mean. or just lazy ?
