Read MoreIf you value your health I would not go to this pharmacy. I called to have a RX, that was originally filled at the Sharp Rees-Stealy downtown pharmacy. The pharmacy personnel with whom I spoke with told me that I had no refills left on this RX. I found it kind of odd because this was a brand new prescription of a maintenance drug and that they would need to call my Dr's office to renew.
Whom ever took the phone call didn't bother take any important such as the RX number the only he took was my date of birth, so Ok I thought these guys are high speed......WRONG!
I started the refill process on a Thursday nothing, Friday nothing, Saturday nothing and Monday nothing. Luckily, I on Monday I had a Dr's appointment and I confirmed with them that no one had reached out to them to confirm I was eligible for a renewal of my meds.
If you choose to go to this pharmacy be your own advocate because they obviously don't have your best interest in mind.
