Thank you does not begin to express our appreciation and gratitude for service above and beyond all expectations….
A few years ago I purchased a new 2018 CTS-V Glacier Metallic Anniversary Edition Cadillac from Sewell, Grapevine. Unfortunately, after 60,000 plus miles and more memories imaginable, it was stolen! We were devastated, especially my granddaughter who was 10 at the time - it was her lifetime, dream car. She found a scale model replica and asked for it for her 12th birthday.
We needed the special paint color - so contacted Lee Rice, Sewell Grapevine Service Dept, wondering if he or Hamilton Majano, Sewell Grapevine Collision Center, could assist with getting the paint. Not only did they get the paint, but Brett Ebel, at the Collision Center, painted the body, and added all the finishing touches! The finished product far exceeded our wildest expectations!!!! A perfect replica, just smaller!!! They did a phenomenal job! It is difficult to tell which is which from a picture - unbelievable!
We want to especially thank Lee Rice, Hamilton Majano, Brett Ebel and the many others that contributed to this spectacular customer service endeavor without our knowing. My granddaughter summed it up: “this is typical Sewell customer service - always going above and beyond”.
While unintentional, this solidified my granddaughter following us in becoming an extremely satisfied Sewell customer! Thank you!
