Our experience was a real bummer.
My friend had received a gift card to Sephora (of high value) and is an avid makeup lover, so I agreed to accompany her to Sephora despite not being as passionate about makeup myself.
Upon entering the store, not a single one of the 4-5 employees gathering around the register area could be bothered to extend a greeting to us. Nor did any one of them ask if we needed assistance finding anything (which my friend did).
After finding the products she was looking for without acknowledge or assistance from staff at all. We looked at perfumes where an employee named Brandon with pink hair, who was wiping down perfume bottles (actively working while the other employees stood gathered around each other in conversation) greeted us and assisted us ( the sole reason this review is getting ⭐️⭐️, instead of 0. Thank you Brandon!)
I noticed most of the makeup “sample” sections of eye shadows or blushes to “try on” were covered in dust or used to the point of product being cracked or completely empty, which gave the impression of the products and store being unkept.
Personally, I most likely won’t be returning to this location as there are plenty of Ulta store fronts and other makeup product supply company’s that possibly exude a bit more priority toward customer service and customer experience.
