She was facing the wall while talking to me trying to dismantle something on the wall. I’m sure that was super important but that isn’t how you treat customers. She didn’t ask any questions. She did not try to steer me to other products when they didn’t have what I wanted. She told me about a product that she knew nothing about except that it isn’t available until Christmas. She ended our weird interaction by telling me, (in a snooty voice) they are different from the full size stores, to which I responded, I could tell.
