I’ve given this place 3 solid tries and have ended up disappointed each time. Store options are limited around here, so I went the first time in a time crunch for new scrubs. Bought 2 pair to get me by, got them home and realized the top and bottom of one pair didn’t match. Attempted to return them but could only get store credit, which is fine but the worker that day had the WORST attitude so I decided I would absolutely not be shopping with her and left. Go back a third time to finally use my store credit and they have hardly any stock in my color and size. I had to order- which was fine. (Employee Shaneka was MUCH nicer and much more helpful this go around)
They told me it would be a 5-7 day turnaround (which was absolutely fine) and I placed my order. Here I am 9 days later, haven’t heard a word, so I called to check on my order and I’m told it will be another 2 days before my order comes in. If I had just ordered online from any other website myself, it would have been here by now. I’m highly disappointed in the timeliness and lack of notification. Not to mention, every item is consistently $1-$3 more expensive than online or than the competition store in town. I wouldn’t mind paying that little bit more every once in a while if the customer service made it worth it, but unfortunately that’s not the case. Once this set of scrubs come in, my business with scrubs depot is done. I’ll do my business at the other scrub shop in town and online from now on.
