If you want to know why some restaurants or small businesses collapsed, go to this restaurant to get an idea of the disorganization and confusion that was involved. We waited 30-50 minutes for someone to take our order or to acknowledge us. Workers do not wear uniforms, so you can’t tell who is an employee. (No one ever told us to go order and pay inside the grocery store first and it was not written anywhere at tables directing us to do so). I had to write down our order and give it to the girl at the register. Finally, when the food arrived it wasn’t what we ordered as they had ran out of the items, but again no one told us they just brought out whatever. Also, The price listed on the menu is not what you will get charged at the register. I didn’t want to argue about price in public and around other customers or about what I ordered or did not order or what was actually delivered. As long as I know what I am paying before hand, and actual items paid for, I don’t mind paying the price. Food was good but not the greatest and definitely not worth waiting so long for.
This restaurant was busy due to a party and I believe it has great potential but lacks organization and good management. It is a shame to see a restaurant that has so much potential in this condition and I hope the owners take my review to heart and improve operations.
A good suggestion, I can offer is maybe keep the market and restaurant operations separate or have only one entrance open. Don’t leave room for confusion. And don’t be a know-it-all, learn, and improve from the reviews and don’t make excuses to your customers. Because you only have one chance to make an impression.
