Terrible experience this morning at Sam's club with their customer service. 12/29/24 at 10:05 this morning. After about a 20 minute wait behind 2 peeiple, i finally get to the customer service lady. I let her know that I just want to exchange the candy I purchased for a different type. She asked me if I had already walked in the store to grab what I wanted to trade. I said no. She said, go ahead and go grab it and come back and we'll exchange it for you. I look behind me and there's 11 people in line. I said, do I have to wait in line behind all those people? She sharply said YES, you have to get in line and wait behind all those other people to finish your exchange. So I said, go ahead and just issue me a refund back on my credit card and I'll go rebuy it. Then a third cashier customer service lady, a black lady, comes in to start her shift there, and loudly screams, oh see what kind of day it's gonna be already shaking her head glaring at all.if us, "that's just great". The 2 other white ladies say "Yeah your right"! First of all, if you make someone wait for twenty minutes behind people, at least say, I apologize for your wait, how may I help you?Or how about the manager puts more than two people on the returns and memberships on a sunday morning after christmas at 10am. Terrible experience, not happy at all.I might cancel my membership.
