Read MoreI have to give them a 3 star cause the initial young man that came was really good. Josh was his name. He came back the next day cause we had water back up again. However, this time around a supervisor came along with a camara. Normally 495.00 but this time was (free). This time, Nick was his name saw broken pipes and tree roots so he recommended two options to replace the affected area. About 10-15 feet of pipe, 4800.00 plus or same length but trenchless for 9500.00.
I called the City about their tree, they came out and found a 3rd cleanout for me. Which is where the problem was and not at all where the (supervisor) had mention. City offers a reimbursement within reason for repairs due to city plantes trees. I fixed rhe repair with under 10.00....always get a second opinion.
