Original review: Just purchased this beautiful Hyundai Santa Fe! Dan is fantastic and made shopping super easy, laid back, and no "pushy car salesman" energy, which was very refreshing and made my experience very nice! He went above and beyond to help me and walked me through every step of the way, explaining everything to me and helping me get the best possible outcome for my circumstances! I felt heard and valued and really had a nice experience! Thank you Dan!
Updates: While they are nice people, I don't trust their word or their mechanics any more at this point. While I love my new vehicle and its beautiful, it has been absolutely NOTHING but a headache since purchasing it. Which I am quite upset about being that I specifically asked about the ebrake working due to where I live, and the tire pressure light that was on during test drive and I was told would be fixed and off by purchase signing... both of which have been part of a never ending problem. Well, I have now had the vehicle a couple of months and have had to bring it back SO many times... all for the same issues. Breaks. And the tire pressure light. And a few other little minor things that pop up a few days in to driving it that I found. And the most undeniable grinding noise, assuming from the breaks but at this point I'm wondering if there's more to it. Have brought it back again and again and again. And again. I lost count at this point how many times I've had to bring it back all for the same things that should have already been fixed... it just went back yet again last week... for the same stuff... and I got it back WORSE than when I gave it to them. I've had to bring it back over 10 times now and it's still not fixed properly and I don't feel safe in my vehicle, I want to but I don't and I no longer feel valued... more of a well we got your money so whatever kind of vibe. I even broke my mirror coming home FROM THEM for getting it "fixed" again with the brakes but ended up sliding down the hill unable to stop and hit my mirror on a trash can.. contacted them immediately, was told to bring it in a few days later and they'd fix it... just for them to A. Keep it all day and B. I show up to pick it up and they tell me "oh we didnt have glue to fix the mirror" and B. It squeaked so loud and worse!!!! How the hell.? And why would you not have what you needed when you knew for 3 days it was coming in for repairs and knew what it needed? Overall, nice people and they do go above and beyond to be kind, I absolutely don't want to take from that they are very sweet, truly, but VERY frustrating experience as far as mechanixs, trust, and getting things fixed goes. I don't know what to do at this point! I feel stuck being the vehicle is under warranty with them and they ARE very nice to me yet this keeps happening and doesn't get fixed and I'm scared for my and my family's safety.
