I have only good things to say! Justin the manager is honest, the mechanic work is exceptional, and Tessa in the office is lovely to deal with. This is my favorite mechanic shop now! Also, we bought a Jeep here about a month ago and couldn't be happier! They have a dealer warranty they provide for the used cars they sell because used cars sometimes act up even if they fix them up well, and that's exactly what happened in our case. We drove it all over for 3 weeks, delighted, and then a check engine light comes on so we call the shop and they had us bring it in that day and lent us a vehicle for the duration of the fix. The transmission was showing the first signs of going bad. Nooooo! But! It was under the included sale warranty and they're awesome. So they replaced the transmission and we just paid the deductible, and we have it back again good as new. They even got it finished earlier than planned :). They make everything easy and have great service. We've become fans.
On another note: As a mechanic shop they are they best! I really trust them. Our 2011 Camry had vibrations in the steering column when braking, and we had tried to have it fixed at least 3 times elsewhere. The front and back rotors had been machined, then replaced, the brake pads adjusted etcetera etcetera, but... no dice, it kept doing it. For years. We just couldn't get it fixed. So we took it to Ridgeline Automotive and guess what? No more vibrations. It's smooth as honey now. It was like the magic that kids think band-aids do. All better! It honestly feels like a new car. The brake flush cost a little extra because they have a special machine for it but I decided to go for it and the results speak for themselves. It finally worked!
I like their business model and I honestly like that they they charge for their time instead of making random checks free because it means there's no weird pressure like with other mechanics to replace random things, and when Ridgeline recommends work for the car it's legit. I trust them and I recommend them 100%.
