My 2025 Chevy Trax, I purchased on July 9, 2025. After having my vehicle for only a few months, my check engine light came on. I had taken it to another dealership and was not satisfied at all with the customer service or service I was rendered that day. I was very troubled and did not know what to do. I was informed by Chevy customer service, that I did not need to go back to the dealership I purchased, that I could use any GMC dealer. I googled for a location close to my home and found Ray Skillman. I am so extremely grateful for my selection with Ray Skillman. From the beginning of my phone call 9/29 with Amanda in service to schedule my appointment was the most pleasant conversation, to my visit 9/30 and greeting with the incoming Tech. I was going to pay for a Lyft service home, but was offered a ride home from the team. I received a call from Amanda, letting me know the diagnosis, and the next steps that would take place. I felt at peace just in the conversation that I made the right selection again. I was treated with the utmost respect and given the assurance that once my part arrived I would receive a call to return my Trax for repairs. I truly wanted to say, "Thank You Ray Skillman Team!" I am in the process of burying my mother Saturday, and I really did not need any added sorrow or stress. This Team made my week less stressful indeed.
