I had a service appointment to run a diagnostic on my car. I'd been there for over an hour before I was given an update - which was to tell me, "they were still looking at it". Finally, after 3 hours of waiting and not getting any updates/answers, I called from the Service Lounge to the Service Desk for an update; I got the same answer, so I decided to leave. The lady at the desk was very polite and tried explaining to a Manager that I'd been waiting for over 3 hours and he wouldn't even look up from his phone to acknowledge me or offer a solution, so I just walked out. I will not be going back.
