UPDATED REVIEW 11/27/2019:Very disappointed in Ralph's Thanksgiving packages that they were selling. My wife and I visited Ralph's on 11/21/2019 and filled out the form for a Thanksgiving pre-cooked Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings but we were unsure about the prime rib $12.99 per lb option that was on the same form. We asked the young man that was there at the deli and he said that we shouldn't worry about the prime rib that we should just come back the following week and pick it up + the turkey order that I described here. He took the form and as suggested that there was no need to check the prime rib option on the form. One day later I didn't feel confident about the young man's story and proceeded to go back to Ralph's to confirm his story. Another older man confirmed the following day that we were OK with our order and that we should just pickup the turkey dinner and prime rib on 11/27/2019. So we left and believed what we were told only to be disappointed on 11/27 one day before thanksgiving when we were told that they were out of prime rib and they only had the Turkey part of our order. This was not what we discussed and were told. Because of this we had to scramble and try to find additional pre-cooked food as we were short because of the prime rib fiasco. Thanks to Ralph's our Thanksgiving event was almost ruined. We were thankful we found another place to get our food literally less than 24 hours before our family was to arrive. Never trusting Ralph's with our Thanksgiving dinner again. It is obvious that they have a process issue since 2 people in their deli department confirmed that "everything was ok" in 2 separate dates before Thanksgiving. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because what we got was good food but it was incompleteOLDER REVIEW:This is the Ralph's supermarket that is located just across the street from our house. I like their selection and friendly service. Supermarket is clean and well organized. Prices seem to me to be higher when compared to other similar Markets.
