I used the app to order a pizza, should have been the easiest thing in the world right? Apparently not. I placed my order from home and got in the car to head over. The pizza should have been ready when I got there.
I show up for the pizza and tell them who I am and what I am there to order. The lady behind the counter looks at the order then runs to the back to talk to the others. I sat there waiting to find out what was going on but they just kept going back and forth talking to each other.
Finally someone comes over to inform me that when the pizza was ready they called out my number and someone just picked it up. NO checking for a ticket or order on the app, just "# whatever," "That's Me," "Here you go." It's just that easy to walk out the door with someone else's pizza apparently.
IT WAS AN ONLINE ORDER!!! Why would they be calling out a number for an online order anyway, ALL THEY HAD TO DO to be even remotely competent is just SIT AND WAIT until someone walked up and asked for their order. They couldn't even do that.
They assured me that they would remake the order and started on it after about 10 minutes of me being there. 20 Minutes later, I finally had my pizza. They literally tried to insult me by offering me free sodas coupons. YOU STOLE 30 MINUTES of my working hours, that was the most expensive pizza I have ever purchased at QT.
To make matters worse, I ask for a way to contact the main store manager and apparently they have no company phone, no email, NO WAY AT ALL to be contacted, I just need to call the main store number during certain hours Monday through Friday (that phone doesn't get answered). OK, blowing me off, got it.
This is not a problem that I caused, I should not be paying for the employee's mistake with MY time. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be giving QT any more of my money even if they are the ONLY store near us, it's just not worth it.
