The technician that greeted me as I pulled up, asked me if I had an appointment. Which I did not, because they advertise, “No appointment necessary”. He hesitantly told me there would be an approximate 2 to 3 hour wait for an oil change. I told him, I would wait. There was no need for the technician to try and sway me to leave by telling me such a long wait time.They completed the service in less then an hour. His customer service skills need improvement.
