BEWARE OF GOLF BAG FLAWS!First day testing out my PXG equipment the umbrella falls to the ground like a chicken lays an egg. So I attempt to tighten the bag’s upper loop only to realize it doesn’t tighten.This means every time I golf I must worry about losing my $100 umbrella.I complained but issue got brushed off with: “This has never happened before.”Why should it matter if I’m the first to complain? If it’s flawed it’s flawed.I assumed spending over $4,600 packaged with clubs that PXG would’t turn its back on me.Another wrinkle is golf in Minnesota is seasonal. My order arrived mid-fall when winter around the corner. Yes, I golfed before the snow flew but 1 round isn’t enough to evaluate.After waiting it out for better golfing weather about every 3 trips to the range or course the umbrella continued to slip out which interferes with focus.So I complained again and Edina PXG offered a trade in. Unfortunately the umbrella loops on display for these lightweight bags just as loose as my original.DESPITE THE PXG AGENT AGREEING TO THIS FLAW I never got a refund.My only other option was to trade for a bigger bag that doesn’t fit into my car’s trunk.So if forced to keep my original bag I asked where am I supposed to store my umbrella?PXG had no answers. For those who don’t use umbrellas this no big deal but for golfers like me apparently PXG feels umbrellas not necessary?I asked why aren’t the umbrella loops in the lightweight bags designed the same as your bigger bags?PXG had no answers.I asked why am I (customer) accountable for a poorly designed product?PXG had no answers.PXG also kept saying my 1-month warranty expired even though I informed them of this BEFORE my warranty expired.Once again, no answers.So there you have it. I paid over $200 for a bag that can’t secure umbrellas and PXG headquarters no solutions, no refund and doesn’t care.When friends, relatives or acquaintances hear this story or see the evidence they thank me for the warning: “I too considered buying PXG products but hearing your experience I’ll instead take my business to AKA Ping, Callaway, Titleist or Cleveland, etc.”Shame on you PXG!It should be a priority to help clients have the best possible golf experience, especially for the outrageous prices you charge!The local PXG rep did acknowledge my complaints to his cooperate bosses. But bottom line, I’m stuck with a bag that can’t hold an umbrella.These bags should be removed from their inventory or only sold to golfers who don’t use umbrellas.If dare do business with PXG in a northern state be sure it’s timed where shipment arrives at peak of golf season, aka May, June or July, because PXG won’t care if you live where golfing limited during your 1-month warranty.I’ll admit 8 of 10 other PXG clients I’ve talked to are pleased with their clubs. Céline Boutier just won 2023 US Women’s Open with PXG clubs so evidence the clubs are legit.But their service after they get your money they have lost my trust.One PGX client told me he too pleased with his clubs but his lightweight bag’s stilt stand collapsed 6 months after purchase. He too complained but PXG didn’t care.

Do not get fit here. They do not care. Will not go through all options. All that matters is your money.I called customer support. They were as helpful as the staff at the store and told me I needed to contact the store.
