*Preface:
Let me just start off with the fact that I am picky.
I also don’t like casually shopping around at dealerships physically, I am very intentional, and I get apprehensive towards sales people who make me feel pressured, that is a quick way for me to walk away when I experience that, especially if I feel that they think I can be taken advantage of to any degree and may underestimate my intelligence simply because I am a female or XYZ reason they may intrinsically have. I don't have a tolerance for jerks, in many complex regards.
I have high standards that I carry out with my work & have seen devastating consequences as a result of motor vehicle accidents, it is far too common, unfortunately.
I also commute a lot, I like to drive, and I tend to be frugal as a baseline. Intentional and particular.
Above all else, my little one is my world, and I will always choose nothing less than excellent when it comes to their safety and well-being.

*Putnam Mazda experience:
Justin really put in good efforts as a great first impression when he initially reached out to me, and I really appreciate the custom walk-through video that he sent with the car that I was interested in, really helped me too gather more understanding and saved me time with the transparency of our conversation and the interactions.
I really appreciate him for how he worked with me and sounded genuine and was very personable and also empathetic to my unique circumstances that contributed to my decision for purchasing a particular vehicle. I appreciated his collaboration and workability. I also appreciate him for going out of his way and for the kindness received during one of the most stressful times in my personal life at that time.
And I’m thankful for Justin‘s manager for donating his last coffee to me and supporting Justin with making sure I am feeling treated well. Every effort counts, and it can make a larger impact on others more than maybe realized, so thank you very much, I can assure you the kind gestures will not be forgotten. :)
Also, the sweet finance man was very personable, didn’t make me feel pressured, was a wealth of information. I really appreciated the collaboration that he also carried out to help customize the experience and make recommendations based on my unique needs for my vehicle.
Knowledge is power, and it helps to reduce apprehension when made to feel relaxed, receive patience, kindness so that we can feel safe in asking questions & have a dialogue to best understand/make the most informed decision, also during discussion , engaging in application theory toward specific circumstances so can better learn specific detailing involved with said add-on services segment of discussion—- being made to feel 'no strings attached'/nonpressured, with the option of opting out at any point if I later change my mind—-that really was invaluable. Thank you for giving me your time & kindness, approachability, knowledge-base edu-admin for me to better understand.
I also agree that it is great to look into future costs for consideration, especially with these crazy tariffs and recession status, a lot of unpredictability and lability in this world presently.
So thank you to all involved, and sorry to the poor guys who have to detail my trade-in! Lol. Children will be children, with leaves, etc.
I understand how come Putnam Mazda has great ratings online, in contrast to some other Mazda dealerships, that I have also interacted with.
The people really do make a great or poor experience, so I’m glad that I had a great one. I will definitely be coming back to Putnam the next time I need a vehicle, and have already been proud to recommend them to other people I know.
