I left a voicemail to have tires replaced. I never got a return call, so I showed up to the dealership on a Saturday and met Tristan. I told him I just wanted to confirm that they had my specific tires in stock, as I was taking a very long trip and could not afford any delays. Tristan advised me of a few things that I was not aware of, and also offered to bring me in the following Monday to have tires replaced, even though my appointment was the following Saturday. I showed up Monday morning at 8 AM and he immediately addressed me, my concern, and set expectations. He communicated with me throughout the service visit, while I waited, and ensured I was comfortable during my time waiting. In the end, he advised that I did not need all tires replaced and recommended a few options that I happily approved. It was his personal touch and his ability to make me feel like he cared about my experience, I can say, without a doubt, he will get my future business! Thanks Tristan!!
