On our first order we called sales, verified all items were in stock on a Wed. They sent the order over, we approved and paid. They notated that it may not ship due to pickups already happened at 1pm, I wasn't happy but understood.
We received confirmation on Wed night (See photo) that it didn't ship but would ship the next day on overnight on our fedex acct for delivery Friday. Not great but anticipated.
At 3pm cst on thursday I received a call saying they missed the cutoff, despite having the order for 26hrs, confirming it twice and confirming shipping.
I spoke to 3 people on the issue including Matthew, they stated that fedex express only comes in the am, which is fine as they had hours to schedule it on Wed, and confirmed it on Wed.
I even sent them the address of the fedex drop facility open for express shipments for another 3.5hrs locally
They stated that despite it being their effup they didn't have anyone who could drive the order (6 boxes) the 10 mins up the road.
Primus then canceled the order.
Stay far far away, as an integrator that spends over $4 million a year on copper and fiber I will never use or recommend Primus again.
The complete and utter lack of customer service, lack of morals, and lack of giving even a slight care is unbelievable. I get better service from Graybar.
This company needs to be shut down.
Matthew Watson lied multiple times in writing and verbally. This is unacceptable.
