No. But do they genuinely try their best to take care of their patients? Absolutely. Mistakes happen, but they always strive to communicate and resolve any issues promptly.
As an incomplete SCI patient, I’ve learned to distinguish between what truly matters in DME and what doesn’t. I’d much rather have my wheelchair fixed promptly and with quality repairs than deal with empty promises. That’s why I appreciate Prime Medical. They don’t sugarcoat things, but they do ensure your needs are met.
Before Prime Medical, I was often left in the lurch. But they’ve never left me hanging. Their techs are fantastic, especially Rocky. He recently delivered my newest custom power chair and was incredibly kind, considerate, and patient. Despite the 100-degree heat, he took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the adjustments and that everything worked perfectly, answering every question I had.
Every call I make for repairs is quick and easy, and they don’t lie about timeframes. They provide logical, reasonable estimates and stick to them. I highly recommend giving them a shot.
